Online Admissions Module for Degree Colleges (OAMDC) is the Digital solution for seeking admissions into Undergraduate courses offered by the Degree colleges of the State Universities from the academic Year 2021-22.
The online Admissions caters the need of student community into undergraduate courses in Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Commerce, Management, Computer Applications and Social work etc. including Honours.To all the above mentioned courses in the Government Degree colleges, Government Autonomous Degree colleges, Private Aided Degree Colleges, Private Unaided Degree Colleges and Private Autonomous Degree Colleges ( Aided and Unaided) in the state.

The candidate may either search by College Name, by Course Name, by a click on Search By College/ Courses. Based on search criteria as By Course, in a university region, courses, the college shall be displayed
a.Pre-Registration and Application Fee payment. b.Submission of Application by duly filling all the details that are necessary as per the process and guidelines.c.Verification of the Application at Help Line Centres in the Cases when system directs the Candidate to visit the nearest HLC.brd.Exercising the Web Options and thereby completing the Submission of final Web options Allotment of Seat and generation of allotment order
Yes. It is mandatory to pre-register oneself to obtain access in registration process thereby exercise the priority basis web options inion of desired courses/colleges.
The candidate has to fill in the Pre-registration form with basic details and pay the Application fee to get the login credentials and access for further process. Yes it is mandatory for all candidatesHowever for candidates passed in Board of Intermediate, AP (BIE,AP) the Aadhar number is fetched automatically.
No. It is mandatory to have an active mobile number. The student is advised to use the same mobile number throughout the admission process carried out in OAMDC.

No, the amount paid by the candidate during the Pre-Registration is non-refundable.
The Application fee can be paid using any one of the following payment options: a.Credit Cardb.Debit Cardc.Internet Banking d.UPI Payments
Once the Payment is completed successfully, the candidate shall receive an application Number/ Id and Password via SMS to registered mobile number. Candidate may then login by clicking an option Candidate login in OAMDC portal to submit the Application for admission.

Yes, it is to be calculated duly by the candidate and enter the same in respective fields, however Candidates passed in BIE AP as qualifying examination need not enter the details as they are fetched based on hall ticket number.For Candidate, passed other than BIE AP, duly has to check the marks obtained from qualifying examination and enter the following Sum of the marks secured:: Sum of the marks secured in each and every subject by the candidateMax. Marks:: It means total number of marks for which qualified examination has been conducted Languages Total Percentage: Candidate should calculate the Marks secured by candidate in Languages / Total number of marks of languagesGroup Subjects Percentage: Candidate should calculate the Marks obtained in Main Core subjects/ total number of marks of core subjects of qualified examination.Note: Marks secured even in fraction has to be entered correctly (for eg. Language Total percentage is 76.3)
For the Candidate claiming anyone of the reservation categories among BC,SC,and ST in admission process, shall enter the respective Caste Certificate Number issued either by the Meeseva orVillage SecretariatWard Secretariat Candidates from the unreserved category need not upload caste certificate.
Applicants who have not claimed any reservation category and opting to claim Economically Weaker Section category shall enter the respective Income certificate number issued by the Meeseva.
For the candidates with disability, shall declare their disability status by opting Yes and shall enter the SADAREM number issued.
Yes, an option to claim category has been provided, the candidate shall declare the status by opting Yes for respective category. Accordingly, the student has to approach Help line centre for further verification.Note: Information about Help Line Centre is given in Q 30.
Candidate shall enter the previous 7 years place of study and respective Institution name. For the candidates whose place of study does not belong to state of Andhra Pradesh, shall as Others as place of study.
The candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and their signature.
Yes, Candidate may edit the photograph, signature and upload the right one till the event of application submission.

Yes. After successful submission of the application, student can take a print out and verify the details submitted by him/ her. They have to retain the copy for further reference.
Yes, for fair and transparent process, the details mentioned by candidate is thoroughly verified and status of the application ( Details Verified successfully/ Please reach out to nearest Helpline centre for discrepancy in particular section ) shall be communicated directly to registered mobile number via SMS.
Yes. Candidate shall receive an Email/ SMS at each and every step in admission process i.e. on Submission of details, on Successful Verification of application, Discrepancy rose in application, Intimation of attending the HLCs for special cases.
a.HLC Stands for Help Line Centres. b.HLCsCollege Level Help Line Centre (CLHLC) is the nearest Government Degree College.c.The HLCs shall be established to provide assistance to the students in registering on OAMDC, making web options, issues related to allotment of seats etc.d.Candidate may get the nearest Helpline Centres information from the OAMDC Portal by following the Link
No. Its not for all students to reach out to HLC. On an unsuccessful registration of an application, a candidate shall receive a SMS with concerned discrepancy raised which may be one of the following (but not limited to)1.Mismatch of Name wrt Class X, BIE AP to status claim certificate2.Candidates from Other Board Equivalent 3.Special Category Admissions Only such shall reach out to Nearest HLC to get it rectified for further process.HLC shall verify and confirm the details with rules in place so as to decide to accept /reject the application for further steps.
Candidate may exercise the web options based on his desired course/college to opt.Candidate may search either by Collegeby Course. Based on search criteria as By College, in a university region, collegeed, the information regarding course with respect to combination shall be displayed.Based on the displayed information candidate may decide and allot his priority accordingly
A candidate may opt for N colleges/course based on his / her preference and rank his each and every option placed accordingly.
Candidate may set his priority in the Web Options N number of times and may change the priorities till last date of submission. After freezing the priority, he/she may take the print out of exercised web options.
